The ingredients listed on the bottle are nothing that one cannot find in their local health food market. Having taken all of them at one time or another I knew that most of the reasons people take things like Valerian or GABA are to relax, unwind, and overcome sleepless nights.
The smell of Valerian is powerful if you are not used to it. The lucid dream capsule I took did nothing more for me than a cup of Valerian tea (actually less) or a relaxation beverage containing the same ingredients. My dreams were no more vivid, nor did I obtain lucidity.
Wanna try something to help your dreams become more vivid and memorable? The best experience I have had consistently, no matter how odd it sounds was from tart cherry juice concentrate. It is rich with melatonin, and for some reason worked for very vivid dreams every time. Its also available at health food stores.
